Livestock Philippines and Aquaculture Philippines 2025 kicked off on June 25, marking the start of a three-day showcase for the country’s growing poultry, livestock, and aquaculture industries.

Organized by Informa Markets and backed by the Philippine Department of Agriculture (DA), this year’s event runs under the theme ‘Empowering Agri-Fishery through Modern Technology and Innovation.’ The focus: enabling the agricultural sector to meet rising food demand through innovation and modernization.

Global innovation meets local industry needs

Now on its 15th year, the event brought together more than 250 exhibitors and hosted over 40 conferences and seminars. With a strong international presence, the event served as a platform for showcasing advanced technologies and solutions across the entire food value chain—from feed to farm to food.

“For over a decade, Livestock Philippines and Aquaculture Philippines, in partnership with the DA and our industry affiliates, have served as vital platforms connecting the entire value chain of the livestock and aquaculture sectors,” said Rungpech Chitanuwat, Informa Markets  Country Manager for the Philippines.

“Through collaborative initiatives, impactful programs, and meaningful partnerships, these events have helped advance local production by fostering knowledge exchange, information sharing, and most importantly, lasting relationships between farmers and key industry stakeholders.”

Rising production, bright outlook

Ms Chitanuwat noted that recent data from the DA reflects this momentum. Poultry production rose by 8%, livestock by 5%, and aquaculture yield by 3% in Q1 2025, signaling a positive outlook for the sectors.

The next edition of Livestock Philippines and Aquaculture Philippines is scheduled for June 24-26, 2026.
