What products and solutions will you be promoting at Ildex Philippines?

We will be promoting our prefabricated closed-house systems. These are engineered to support farmers seeking reliable, biosecure, climate-controlled, and energy-efficient facilities for poultry and swine farming.

Our buildings are fast to build, highly durable, and built to withstand high wind speeds and challenging weather conditions in the Philippines.

Please share your observation about the Philippines’ poultry market.

The Philippine poultry sector has shown resilient growth, but farmers still face significant pressure from imports, feed cost, and disease risks. Meanwhile, consumer demand is evolving, creating new opportunities for safe, hygienic, and affordable poultry products.

We also see the Philippines’ constant and gradual shift toward modernization, automation, and better biosecurity among local farmers.

Government support for livestock sector development, combined with growing public awareness of food safety and the need to reduce import dependency point to a promising long-term outlook.

How promising is this market for your products and solutions?

We see strong market. Growth in poultry production, modest recovery in swine farming, and ongoing biosecurity risks are driving demand for closed-house systems.

Also, farmers and integrators increasingly recognize the need to future-proof their investments. Systems that offer greater resilience to environmental challenges are now essential.

Our prefabricated closed-house solutions are built to meet these requirements.

How is your business in this market so far?

We have been active in the Philippines since 2010 and have built several hundred closed houses to support the local farmers in achieving sustainable livestock operations.

We continue to work closely with local partners to better understand the on-ground challenges and requirements. Our goal is to adapt and expand our solutions to meet the evolving needs across the country.

How do you envision your business here evolving over the next five years?

Today, sustainable livestock farming has become the necessity, not just an option. Our closed-house solution aligns with this shift.

As poultry sector expands and the swine industry recovers, demand for our solutions will rise, driven by better access to vaccines, credit, and repopulation.

Over the next five years, we anticipate more farmers to invest in long-term efficiency and sustainability. We aim to be the go-to provider of reliable, durable, and efficient closed-house systems for poultry and swine farming across the country.
