South Korea’s largest fried chicken chain, BHC Chicken, has expanded in Singapore with the opening of its third outlet at The Star Vista.

With more than 2,000 stores across South Korea, the brand is leveraging its international expansion to meet growing global demand for Korean fried chicken.

The Star Vista restaurant features an outlet-exclusive item: Mala Khan Fried Chicken. This dish pairs BHC’s signature crispy chicken with a specially crafted K-Mala sauce, blending Korean fried chicken traditions with the spicy mala flavors popular in Asia.

Other exclusive menu additions include the Jagapetti and Macho King Rice Ball, offering heartier options for diners.

At the same time, the outlet retains favorites from its Marina Square and Taste Orchard branches, such as the Bulgogi Rice Bowl, Japchae, Seafood Tofu Stew, and Bibimbap.

Popular side dishes like the Bburing Cheese Sticks, seasoned with cheese, onion, and garlic, and the chain’s signature Bburinkle Chicken remain central to the menu.

Catered to a mix range of customers

Strategically located on Level 1 of The Star Vista, within walking distance of Buona Vista MRT Station, the outlet is expected to attract a wide mix of local residents, office workers, and students. Operating hours are 11:30 am to 10:00 pm daily.

BHC Chicken entered Singapore in 2023 with its first outlet at Marina Square, followed by a second at KINEX. Known for its crispy fried chicken and bold flavors, the brand quickly attracted a loyal following.

The new Star Vista outlet extends BHC Chicken’s reach into the west. By introducing exclusive items alongside its core Korean favorites, the brand is solidifying its position in Singapore’s competitive fried-chicken market.

BHC Chicken’s continued growth in Singapore underscores the strength of South Korean foodservice brands in Southeast Asia.

By introducing exclusive flavors while maintaining its core offerings, the brand is positioning itself to appeal to both loyal fans and new customers in an increasingly competitive regional dining market.
