At VIV Europe in Utrecht, BAADER will present processing equipment and digital solutions for more predictable performance, stable yield and quality control based on real-time insights.
From 2 to 4 June 2026, visitors to booth 11-A030 in Utrecht will see how BAADER is making poultry processing more reliable, transparent and controllable under real production conditions.
With ‘True Performance’, BAADER addresses a key challenge for poultry processors: performance must not depend on isolated peak moments, but needs to be stable, measurable and manageable across the entire production process. Against the backdrop of fluctuating bird intake quality, high-speed processing requirements, biosecurity pressure and tighter regulation, processors increasingly need solutions that reduce variability, detect deviations early and protect yield.
True Performance means making poultry processing not only faster or more automated, but consistent, transparent, and reliable,” says Nicolas Groth, CEO BAADER Poultry. “What matters is that our customers know what is happening in their production at any given moment – and can intervene before small deviations turn into measurable losses. During times of ever-increasing demands by regulatory authorities, labour challenges, versatile market requirements and margin pressure, there is an increasing need for continuous data-based process improvements. Therefore ‘True Performance’ becomes more and more relevant for our valued customers around the globe.”
At VIV Europe, BAADER will show how real-time data can help optimize processing in a more proactive way: immediate visibility instead of end-of-shift surprises, early intervention instead of post-production corrections, and fact-based decisions instead of assumptions.
A central element is BAADER’s digital ecosystem, which brings together data from different process steps. It creates a shared view of operations, quality assurance and management. This allows processors to consistently monitor performance, yield and process stability across the entire production line.
