The new modern hatchery is equipped with the most advanced incubation technologies from Europe.

Bel Ga Asia’s state-of-the-art hatchery in Cambodia is entering its final stage of completion and will be officially inaugurated in early 2026.

According to the company, the establishment of this hatchery will mark Bel Ga Asia’s commitment to expand into the Cambodian poultry market, ensuring sufficient quality poultry genetics for its fast-growing customer demand.

  • Equipped with the most advanced incubation technologies from Europe.
  • Top notch design ensuring Bel Ga quality of both day-old chicks produced (broiler and layer).

With this project, Bel Ga Asia continues to affirm its pioneering position in the industry, standing side by side with the independent farmers on the path to sustainable development.

Seminar on optimizing the brooding period

In another development, Bel Ga Asia in early September 2025 and De Heus co-hosted a seminar entitled ‘Optimizing the brooding period for day-old broilers and day-old layers’ in Vietnam, attracting more than 120 distinguished guests, including farm owners and poultry experts from Vietnam and other countries.

The seminar provided a comprehensive platform to share the latest insights on improving the brooding period – a critical stage that shapes the health and performance of chicken.

“As one of the leading companies in the poultry industry across Southeast Asia, Bel Ga recognizes its responsibility not only to provide high-quality day-old chicks but also to accompany customers in optimizing their poultry operations, aiming for efficient and sustainable poultry production in the region,” said Ben Cliteur, General Director of Bel Ga Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia.

“This seminar therefore serves as a valuable opportunity for us to share the latest knowledge and global innovations in poultry farming, particularly in optimizing the brooding stage, a critical period that has a profound impact on overall productivity and farming efficiency.”

The success of the seminar highlighted the vital role of collaboration, expertise, and continuous learning in driving the development of the poultry industry in Vietnam and throughout Asia.

More than just a platform for sharing knowledge, the seminar became a vibrant forum where participants exchanged ideas, addressed real-world poultry challenges, and fostered stronger bonds within the poultry community.

Bel Ga in Asia

Bel Ga Vietnam is the brand name owned by BDH Vietnam Limited Liability Company, a joint venture between Yellow Bird – a leading company in the day-old chick production in Western Europe and De Heus.

Established in 2013, the brand fast became a leader in poultry production of high-quality day-old chicks (broiler and layer) for the Vietnamese independent poultry farmers.

Bel Ga also operates in Myanmar and Cambodia with own breeder farms and hatcheries for its high-quality day-old chick production.
