Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) is reinforcing Thailand’s ‘Kitchen of the World’ position at THAIFEX–Anuga Asia 2026. The company is presenting food innovations under the theme ‘Food Innovation for Wellness’, with a focus on health, safety, and sustainability.
CPF aims to create new global business opportunities through strategic partnerships and future‑focused food solutions. The company highlights how innovation supports both consumer needs and Thailand’s growing role in regional food production.
CEO Prasit Boondoungprasert said consumers worldwide now expect food that is safe, nutritious, convenient, and responsibly produced. He noted that CPF integrates technology across its operations to deliver better food experiences and respond to fast‑changing global demand.
A key highlight is CPF’s success in elevating Thai chicken to meet the Space Food Safety Standard. This achievement strengthens Thailand’s reputation as a global food hub. Premium products such as Benja Chicken and Chiva Pork are raised with flaxseed and probiotics, without antibiotics. These products offer naturally tender meat and contain up to 2.5 times more natural Omega‑3 than conventional meat.
CPF earned the THAIFEX–Anuga Taste Innovation Show award for the sixth straight year. The winning product, Chicken Pad Kra Pao Rice Sausage, draws inspiration from Thailand’s top street food dish. It blends holy basil, Thai spices, and whole rice grains into a convenient ready‑to‑eat sausage for modern consumers.
The company is also showcasing its international ready‑meal brands, including Authentic Asia and Kitchen Joy. These brands feature dishes such as Green Curry Chicken, Chicken Panang Curry, Tom Yum Chicken, Mala Shrimp Wontons, and Laksa Shrimp Wontons. The products are already available in more than 18 countries across Europe and the US.
Another highlight is the debut of “CP Nippon,” a new brand created through the collaboration between CPF and NH Foods of Japan.
The showcase includes Japanese-style hamburg steak and cheese gyoza, reflecting the growing international partnerships driving Thailand’s food industry forward.
CPF said THAIFEX–Anuga Asia 2026 is a key platform to promote ready‑to‑cook meals, ready‑to‑eat products, high‑protein wellness foods, and globally adapted Asian flavors. The company aims to expand collaboration with business partners and support new growth opportunities for the future food industry.
