Meet the speaker of incubaFORUM ASIA 2026: Rafael Lozano, Petersime Global Incubation Consultant.
Mr Lozano joined Petersime in 2023 as Global Incubation Consultant. In this role, he is responsible for supporting Petersime’s clients in implementing incubation best practices, aiming to achieve excellence and foster continuous improvement.
Mr Lozano has an established 20-year career in hatcheries, having commenced his professional journey in Colombia in 2003, where he accumulated significant experience as a grandparent hatchery manager for 11 years. Additionally, he has managed various commercial hatcheries, further enhancing his expertise in the incubation management of broiler and layer genetics.
Mr Lozano is passionate about incubation and is always eager to expand his knowledge and share his experiences.
At incubaFORUM ASIA 2026, Mr Lozano will deliver a presentation titled “Nature as a reference in incubation” on Thursday, April 30.
