Meet the speaker of incubaFORUM ASIA 2026: Richard Mackie, Potters Poultry Business Development UK/Ireland
Mr Mackie is a UK-based poultry industry professional and Business Development Manager at Potters Poultry, a long-established supplier of pullets, aviary systems, and poultry equipment.
He works directly with producers, integrators, and equipment partners to support housing projects, drinking systems, and equipment installations. He is frequently involved in on farm visits, project updates, and customer support across the UK poultry sector.
He has over 35 years’ experience in all generations of broiler breeder stock having formerly been employed at Ross Breeders now known as Aviagen covering all aspects of production, planning and export of day-old chicks and eggs.
At incubaFORUM ASIA 2026, Mr Mackie, together with his colleague Loic Gault, Potters Poultry Business Development Asia Pacific will deliver a presentation titled ‘From farm hygiene to hatchery success – Avisteam, a chemical-free drysteam innovation strengthening biosecurity across the production chain’ on Wednesday, April 29.
