Nabel Asia took the stage at the recent Livestock Malaysia, introducing visitors to its advanced egg grading and packing solutions designed to meet the growing demands of modern poultry operations.
Leading the showcase was the company’s Managing Director, Lee Hock Hwa, who presented their latest innovations in egg processing technology.
At the booth, Mr Lee introduced to aviNews Asia their patented egg grading system, highlighting the CANOPUS1800, a high-capacity egg grading and packing machine engineered for both efficiency and gentle egg handling.
The system promises to deliver consistent grading accuracy while maintaining product quality, addressing one of the poultry industry’s biggest challenges: ensuring eggs reach consumers intact and contamination-free.
Emphasis on reliability
Alongside the CANOPUS, Nabel also featured information about the ETS001 system, designed for safe and reliable transfer of eggs within the production line.
With a strong focus on hygiene, the machines are integrated with CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems for better sanitation and reduced downtime during cleaning cycles. This emphasis on food safety and operational reliability reflects Nabel’s long-standing commitment to helping Malaysian producers meet international standards.
Mr Lee emphasized how Nabel’s technology responds to industry needs for automation, efficiency, and reduced labor dependency.
“Egg producers today face mounting pressures, from biosecurity concerns to higher production costs. Our systems are designed to provide not only speed and precision but also peace of mind for operators by minimizing egg damage and maximizing hygiene,” he explained.
The Livestock Malaysia event served as an important platform for Nabel to engage directly with industry stakeholders across Southeast Asia. With rising consumer demand for safer, high-quality eggs, Nabel’s latest technologies are positioned to support poultry producers in scaling operations while staying compliant with global standards.
By combining innovation, patented design, and practical solutions, Nabel reinforced its role as a key partner for the region’s rapidly evolving poultry sector.
