Vision AI for egg grading
In egg grading, Mr el Molaka said cleanability and food safety are crucial elements. As such, the company has developed a vision AI (artificial intelligence) technology which detects hairline cracks, leakers, and dirt with precision, ensuring only the best eggs make it through.
“It is a game-changer. While not fully self-learning, it can recognize patterns and improve over time,” he revealed.
Egg breaking with lower energy consumption
On egg breaking, the company has designed the Breaker Pro to optimize egg breaking by reducing energy consumption while increasing yield.
“Processing plants are always looking for ways to enhance profitability, and this technology ensures they extract the maximum from every egg,” Mr el Molaka said.
Entry-level automation
The company is also committed to supporting smaller farmers with affordable entry-level automation.
“We’ve developed simple yet effective grading solutions that require low investment but still offer valuable data extraction capabilities,” he said.
“This empowers small producers to enhance efficiency while keeping costs manageable.”
