Thaifex – Anuga Asia 2025 has once again proven itself as Asia’s leading international food and beverage trade show, smashing records with over 142,000 attendees and generating more than USD 4 billion in trade value.
Held at Impact Exhibition and Convention Center, Thailand, and organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Koelnmesse, the event underscored Thailand’s rising influence as a regional food industry powerhouse and a key contributor to global food security.
Among the standout attractions this year was the surge of innovative, health-focused chicken-based products—a crowd favorite that resonated with global consumer trends toward high-protein, wellness-conscious foods.
These products, many enhanced by advanced food technologies, received strong interest from international buyers, reaffirming Thailand’s expertise in poultry processing and its ability to cater to evolving market demands.
Phichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce, hailed the event’s success as a reflection of both Thai entrepreneurial strength and growing international confidence in Thai food exports, aligning with the government’s soft power policy to position Thai cuisine as a global cultural and economic force.
With participation from 3,231 exhibitors representing 57 countries and a strong showing from Thai SMEs and startups, the event served as a dynamic platform for global trade negotiations, product launches, and showcasing innovation.
As anticipation builds for Thaifex – Anuga Asia 2026, scheduled for May 26-30, the momentum clearly shows no signs of slowing, especially with Thailand’s chicken industry leading the charge.
