The commissary is expected to generate close to 500 jobs initially, with more than 60 percent of employees coming from Danao City. At full capacity, employment is projected to reach 800.

From its first day of operations, the plant runs on 99% renewable electricity sourced from geothermal power. It also features solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, energy-efficient equipment, and wastewater treatment facilities.
