Boosting cooperation in poultry

Notably, Vietnam proposed that Brazil consider opening its market to Vietnamese quail products, an industry that is rapidly growing in Vietnam.

Vietnam has proposed that Brazil consider opening its market to Vietnamese quail products.

In addition to quail, chicken cooperation also received strong attention. The Brazilian side noted that several enterprises, including JBS Group, are finalizing documents to export chicken meat to Vietnam.

At the same time, Brazil affirmed its readiness to share experiences in disease control, biosecurity, and poultry value chain development.

Brazilian Ambassador to Vietnam Marco Farani emphasized that expanding cooperation in poultry farming would not only diversify supply sources but also contribute to ensuring food security for nearly 100 million Vietnamese people and more than 215 million Brazilians.

He also recommended that the two countries strengthen business connections, promote trade, and enhance product marketing in each other’s markets.

With shared interest from government leaders to enterprises, Vietnam-Brazil cooperation in poultry, especially quail farming, is expected to open up significant opportunities for trade, technology, and sustainable development in the coming years.
