Dando sequência a programação da 6ª FAVESU, foi iniciada na manhã desta quarta-feira (08), no auditório 1 da feira, a edição do Qualificaves Frango de Corte e Postura Comercial (Parceria com o IDAF, SFA-ES/MAPA e Coopeavi), com palestra “Notificação obrigatória de doenças aviárias: entendendo o processo e sua importância para a avicultura”.
Sob o comando do coordenador do Programa Nacional de Sanidade Avícola (PNSA) do Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (Mapa), Bruno Rebelo Pessamilio, a palestra tem como foco oferecer informações ao público participante sobre a importância das notificações no cenário avícola nacional.
Bruno destaca como é o cenário atual do Brasil com relação às principais doenças aviárias. “O panorama atual da sanidade avícola do Brasil é bem favorável quando falamos das principais doenças de saúde avícola, que são a Influenza Aviária e a doença de Newscastle. A primeira é uma doença exótica no território nacional, que nunca teve casos identificados, enquanto que a doença de Newcastle teve seus últimos focos ocorrendo em 2006. No cenário internacional, a situação muda. A Influenza vem se disseminando em países da Europa, da Ásia e do continente Africano, e a doença de Newcastle também vem se apresentando em diversos países. Por isso, é muito importante mantermos um estado de atenção, para que essas doenças não cheguem no Brasil”, explicou o coordenador do Programa Nacional de Sanidade Avícola (PNSA) do Mapa.
O “Qualificaves Frango de Corte e Postura Comercial” conta com a parceria do Instituto de Defesa Agropecuária e Florestal do Espírito Santo (Idaf/ES), da Superintendência Federal de Agricultura Pecuária e Abastecimento (SFA/ES-Mapa) e da Cooperativa Agropecuária Centro Serrana (Coopeavi).
