
Pakistan’s Iqbal Group of Companies (IGC) and Denmark’s Ovodan Egg Group have formed a strategic partnership to establish a state-of-the-art egg processing facility in Pakistan.
This collaboration brings together IGC’s integrated poultry platform and local expertise in Pakistan with Ovodan’s globally recognized experience in egg processing and product development in Denmark.
Together, the two companies aim to strengthen Pakistan’s food processing industry through advanced technology, international quality standards, value addition, export development, and knowledge transfer.
This partnership also reflects the shared commitment of both companies to fostering innovation, sustainable growth, and stronger commercial ties between Pakistan and Denmark.
Strengthening Pakistan’s food processing industry
“Today marks a proud milestone for Iqbal Group of Companies as we signed an agreement with Ovodan Egg Group from Denmark for the establishment of a joint venture company to develop an egg processing business in Pakistan,” said Mohsin Khawaja, IGC founder and CEO.
“This partnership brings together Danish expertise and Pakistani entrepreneurship with a shared vision to strengthen Pakistan’s food processing industry, create value for poultry producers, and unlock new opportunities in regional and international markets.”
