Marketing: A way out for the egg market crisis?

Vincent Guyonnet – Although it has been difficult to visit egg producers around the world during the past 2 years, webinars and videoconferences have allow us to remain in contact with the latest development in the global egg sector. At the global level, egg consumption has incrased by 31 eggs (from 154 to 185 eggs per person poer year) between 2010 and 2020.
