Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026, underscoring its transformation from a small Bulacan farm into one of the Philippines’ largest poultry integrators. Founded in 1986 with 5000 birds, the company now operates across feeds, retail, and value-added products.
From eggs to full food chain
Bounty Fresh products have become fixtures in Filipino households, from breakfast tables to holiday feasts. Its portfolio includes:
The antibiotic-free chicken certification highlights the company’s emphasis on food safety and responsible production. This commitment has been reinforced by its global LRQA certification, which strengthens consumer trust in its practices.
Bounty Fresh’s product range reflects the company’s evolution from an egg producer into a full-circle food chain operator, supported by brands such as Inoza Feeds and Chooks-To-Go.
Scaling supply and innovation
Executives say the anniversary is not only a milestone but also a launchpad for future growth.
“We are gearing up our supply chain and investing in new facilities to keep our service consistent and our costs competitive,” said Atty Kenneth Cheng, CEO and President.
The company has also strengthened its role in the agriculture sector by supporting hundreds of contract growers and breeders nationwide. Its certification for antibiotic-free production underscores its commitment to food safety and responsible practices.
Regional expansion plans
Bounty Fresh currently operates in the Philippines, Indonesia, and New Zealand.
Edwin Chen, President of Bounty Specialty Foods Inc, said the company is aiming to expand further in Southeast Asia, positioning itself as a regional player. The group is studying opportunities in fast-growing markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, where demand for poultry and value-added products continues to rise.
Mr Chen emphasized that expansion is not only about market share but also about strengthening food security in the region. “We constantly aim to provide Filipinos with healthy and nutritious products more than just making a profit,” he noted.
Chairman Tennyson Chen added that the company’s future focus will be on healthier food options. “The Filipino consumer deserves to have the best,” he said, stressing that innovation in nutrition will guide its next phase of growth.
Shaping the next chapter
From its beginnings in Sta Maria, Bulacan, Bounty Fresh has built a reputation for quality and innovation. As it turns 40, the company is positioning itself for regional expansion while reinforcing its commitment to Filipino families, contract growers, and food safety. Its next chapter will be defined by innovation, Southeast Asian growth, and a continued promise to make food better.
