Ildex Indonesia 2025, conducted on September 17-19, met the expectations of Agromed, a leader in producing innovative, lignocellulose-based animal feed supplements derived from natural, renewable wood resources to improve animal health, performance, and sustainability in livestock farming.
Rainhard Kreindl, Regional Sales Director SEA and China, said they see the exhibition as a cornerstone event in their Southeast Asian activities.
“Ildex Indonesia is always an important event for us, and this was already the third time in a row that Agromed participated. For our team, it is not only a platform to present our innovations but also a key opportunity to meet partners, customers, and industry colleagues while staying up to date with the dynamics of the Indonesian livestock sector. This year’s edition was again well-organized, vibrant, and full of productive discussions,” he explained to aviNews Asia.

Three main solutions from Agromed
At the event, Agromed focused on three main solutions that are especially relevant for the poultry industry in Indonesia:
“We see these three solutions as complementary. OptiCell ensures efficient fiber nutrition, Agromed ROI protects against stress and inflammation, and Minazel Plus secures feed safety,” said Mr Kreindl.
Agromed’s business in Indonesia
According to Mr Kreindl, Indonesia is a fast-growing market for Agromed.
“We are proud to be developing it together with our trusted distribution partner, PT Integra led by Dadan Mauluddin. The Indonesian industry is still relatively conservative compared to some neighboring Southeast Asian countries, but this is exactly why we see strong potential. With growing interest in gut health and sustainable production, our portfolio fits well with the current trends,” he said.
Agromed also works closely with genetic companies and integrators that already support the concept of lignocellulose in feed, which further strengthens Agromed’s position.
“Thanks to this strategy, we are achieving double-digit annual growth in Indonesia, and we remain committed to long-term development in this important market,” Mr Kreindl revealed.
Linking it with Ildex Indonesia, he said the event reinforced their conviction that their solutions for gut health, feed safety, and performance optimization are exactly what the industry needs at this stage of its development.
